Our house CASA BLANCA is a lovely newly built house in 2004. The house has 3 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable lounge and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen. There is a garden with parking. The roof terrace has open views and is ideal for private sunbathing. The house is south facing and has the sun all day, the garden terrace provides shade in the height of summer. The house has access to a lovely communal pool/garden area, which is directly behind the house.

The area is ideally situated for golfers and non-golfers and their families. 2 mins from VillaMartin Golf plus many more championship courses close by. Only 10 minutes stroll or 2 minutes by car to the popular and well-established Villamartin Plaza where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and banks. The sandy beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig are only a short drive.

On the ground floor there is one bedroom and a shower room, which makes it accessible for the elderly or infirm, also on the ground floor is a comfortable lounge/dining area with seating for 6. The house has a TV with English channels and full satellite package. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a full oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. On the first floor there is a further 2 bedrooms which share a balcony and a bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has a hairdryer, long mirror and safe.

Outside there is a garden and the terrace has shaded cover.
The bedrooms & lounge have ceiling fans.

Usual changeover flexible, check in after 2 pm, check out before 10 am. This can also be flexible dependant on if other renters are checking out/in.

Discounts given for bookings of 2 weeks or more and for late bookings.
You can pay either by cheque or bank transfer.

For bookings made from outside of the UK, there is a further charge of 30 euros, payable locally to the keyholders at the time of arrival at the house for hand over of keys. In this instance, the keys can be left in the property on departure.

INCLUDES: Cleaning and linen change before arrival. Use of all facilities, pool, house towels, bed linen, all services (electricity, gas, etc) & TV, etc. EXCLUDES: Beach and pool towels.
TERMS: £100 non-refundable deposit to be paid on booking, balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure date, (If booking is 6 weeks or less, full payment will be due immediately). Plus £150 security bond required (in the unlikely event of any breakages etc), which will be shredded within 2 weeks of end of stay, provided keys are returned and there are no damages. Normal check in 2pm, check out 10am but can be flexible.
Prices for 1 week or more includes changeover cleaning and fresh bed linens, house towels and tea towels. Bookings for less than 7 nights charged from £40.00 per night plus cleaning/laundry cost.
