Distances: 3,5 km to Calpe, 1,5 km to the next sandy beach, 1 km to the next supermarket.
Access: The access to the villa is by asphalted road and 50 m by earth road.
Plot: 1200 m² and with a beautiful garden with parking for 3 cars.
Views: to the mountain, to the garden and to the pool.
Living space: villa on 2 floors of 115 m² aprox.
Internal: 1st floor : closed and private. 2d floor : (accès by 18 stairs). Living-diningroom with table, 6 chairs, 1 sofa for 3 people, 3 armchairs, Tv Sat and fireplace. 1 Terrace with table, chairs and view to to pool. Bedroom 1, 1 double bed with a bathroom in suite with bath tub, washbasin and wc. Bedroom 2, 2 single beds. Bedroom 3, 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with bath tub, washbasin, and wc. Independent kitchen with gas tub, table, chairs, oven, micro-waves, fridge-friser, coffee machine, toaster and others ustensils for the kitchen.
External: swimming pool of 8x4 m with built-in stairs, near one terrace with table, chairs, loungers, sunshade and shower. The washing machine is in a room outside.
Extras: animals are allowed til 12 Kg and it cost 30 € for the stay. One more person around 90 € for the stay.
