Situated in Torre Vella estate near Estartit this villa sits in a plot of over 1000m2. As it is south facing the property normally has sun all upper floor has an independent kitchen, large lounge with fireplace, dining room within the tower and a shower room/ the lounge you have access to anextremely large terrace with BBQ.
The lower level has 3 bedrooms, two of which are twin bedded and the master bedroom which has a queen sized bed and a ensuite property has private parking on the drive as well as a garage.
The property is fully equipped and furnished for 6 guests.
