Impressive luxury villa for 6 people located in Calpe, close to the beach and the centre of the village. The villa is the urbanization Benicolada, quiet area at a few meters from the beaches and all services. The very comfortable and new built villa has a living area of about 250 m2 and the enclosed plot with garden is about 850 m2.
Main floor: Access by an internal staircase (15). Inside: the very large and villa has a large living room with design furniture: sofas chaises-longues, leather chairs, TV by satellite/tdt, air conditioning and an access to the covered terrace and the swimming pool. Independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, micro wave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and toaster. 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin en suite. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds and an open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and a bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin en suite.
1st floor: (Access by an internal staircase) large bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin en suite. From this bedroom, you can access to a solarium with views to the village and the Peñon de Ifach and where you can sunbath in total privacy.
Outdoor: covered terrace with a table to take your meals and area with summer furniture. Swimming pool of 6x4 with metallic stairs with space to sunbath in the sun beds (4) and a small garden. You can prepare your meal in the barbeque area. The villa has a close garage for 2-3 cars and washing machine.
A short distance to the centre of Calpe (0,3 km) to the sand beach (beach Arenal-bol and Promenade 0,7 km) to the supermarket (Mercadona – 0,3 km).
Extras:
It is possible to accommodate 1 more person with an extra cost of 90€ per stay. Pets with a weight under 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost of 30€.
