This Cala D'Or villa is within walking distance of the resort amenities and boasts a private pool plus air conditioned/heated bedrooms at no extra cost. Entrance to this holiday villa leads directly into a small hallway. The open plan lounge/dining area has patio doors leading out onto the partially covered pool terrace with brick BBQ. ...



The kitchen, with a small breakfast table, has access to the side of the villa where the washing machine is located. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a cloakroom also located on this floor. Upstairs, a door leads out onto a terrace with views over the pool and garden. There are two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned/heated at no extra cost. Outside, one step down from the partially covered terrace, leads to the lower pool level with ample space to relax. The garden is partly lawned with Mediterranean shrubs and borders.
