This luxurious penthouse located on the 3rd and last floor of an apartment block overlooking one of the two best 18-hole golf courses on the Costa del Sol, designed by famed architect Robert Trent Jones: Los Olivos is an ideal location for golfers and their families .
The property is spacious and sunny, with a large terrace around the apartment with deckchairs, armchairs, table and chairs for lunch and dinner while watching the golfers play and enjoy the view relaxing and beautiful.
There is a large entrance, a large comfortable living room. Air conditioning in every room, fireplace, marble floors, satellite TV Français.Une independent suite with bedroom overlooking the pool and bathroom-wc two further bedrooms with bathroom and toilet overlooking a small corridor. Two rooms have access to a terrace for fitness (seated elliptical bike). Parking and lock and key and arranged for storage of golf equipment. Above the apartment you can enjoy the large terrace (85 m²) all landscaped with hibiscus and palm trees, with 6 sun and of course, if desired, a Jacuzzi for 5 people.

The residence has beautiful gardens and three swimming pools including one under the windows of the apartment. The property is just 25 km drive from Malaga airport, its famous cathedral and the Picasso museum, 15 km from the typical village of Mijas, 5-6 km from Fuengirola, dynamic and lively city with many restaurants, bars and its beautiful beach, water park, zoo. You can also visit Granada and the Rock of Gibraltar

Notes
A 30% deposit secures the booking non-refundable. A € 300 deposit, refundable after inspection of the apartment, is required with the final payment 6 weeks before the holidays.

Bed linen and towels sontfournis. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after your départ.Il can be cleaned mid-stay for a donation of € 30

Any accident your fault and any kind that occurs during your stay is your responsibility and not the owner.
To use the jacuzzi, as the water is changed at each visit we have to ask a 60 € per stay in the water, and heating products
