Marina de la Duquesa is a front line beach development located in Puerto de la Duquesa, halfway between Marbella and Gibraltar.

Located right on the sea front and a minute walk away from the marina, la Duquesa golf course and all amenities, Marina Duquesa has all the facilities anyone could wish for: four swimming pools, two paddle tennis, a direct access to the beach, underground car park and 24h security just to name a few.

Our luxury three bedroom penthouse has a large sunny terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, with three bathrooms (en suite with a jacuzzi bath), a large and bright living room with satellite television, playstation and a spacious fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
The main bedroom has a luxury hastens mattress, the other two bedrooms come with a double bed and two single bed.
The large L shape terrace with direct sea views come with a table and chairs as well as luxury terrace furniture.
