Description: |
This fantastic two bedroom ground floor appartment has its own private garden area with patio and another seperate terrace overlooking the fabulous pool.
The apartment is ideally situated in a quiet complex, yet walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops etc( 5 mins)
The apartment itself is spacious and bright, with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.(There are extra foldaway beds available by request)
The lounge area is tastefully decorated and has two sofas,dining table, Satellite TV,Dvd player,Video,playstation etc.with a selection of games Cds etc
The kitchen has been recently refitted and has fridge/freezer, washing machine, stainless steel oven/hob/hood and all the usual toaster,sandwich maker, kettle, and crockery, cutlery you would expect.
The bathroom, again newly fitted has a bath with shower,Wc, wash hand basin.
The outside space has a Bbq and patio tables, chairs etc for relaxing
We have also provided for your convenience an iron, hairdryer,coolbox, all bedding, towels etc, kiddie water toys are also available for pool use
A non refundable deposit of £100 will be required to secure each booking with balance required 6 weeks prior to departure. In addition a security bond of £100 will also be payable at this time to cover breakages, this will be refunded after departure subject to satisfactory inspection.
Please note bookings are FLEXIBLE!!!!
