This well-maintained and beautifully furnished apartment is situated in 'Los Patios de Santa Maria Golf' next to the award-winning 18 hole Santa Maria golf course. Los Patios is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the sun - offering 2 large pools and a baby pool amid beautifully manicured gardens in an easily accessible location on the Costa del Sol.

Accommodation comprises of one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (beds convert into a king-size if necessary), one double bedroom with own separate bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, dining/living area which opens onto balcony with grill and dining area.

Nearby facilities include the popular 18-hole Santa Maria Golf Club; the Santa Maria Sports Club offering bowls, tennis, padel, beach soccer & volleyball; and the Elviria Plaza (an easy 5 minute walk from Los Patios) offering a good selection of spanish & international restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks and shops.

A further short walk will lead to one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol - with the world famous Nikki Beach Club close by. Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) are to be found all along the beachfront, with sunbeds and canopies for hire.

Marbella and jet-set Puerto Banus are both within 15 minutes drive, and access to the rest of the Costa del Sol and its many attractions is easy thanks to the nearby freeway. Taxis are plentiful, and there is a good public transport service all along the coast. Car hire can be arranged on request.

Payments by credit or debit card can be accepted through PayPal, although PayPal charge an additional 3.4% to do so.
