The villa is built in rustic style on two floors and is located in a quiet area. 5 bedrooms with double beds or 2 single beds. Sleeps 10 people including children. Local A/C units in all bedrooms. 3 bathrooms. The villa also includes livingroom with fireplace, diningroom, kitchen, utility room with WC/shower.
Outdoor area includes garden, bbq hut, patio area with dining table, and the pool area. Panoramic seaviews from villa and garden.
The villa is located in the popular urbanization El Rosario 10 miutes east of Marbella city center. The urbanization includes restaurants, supermarket, tennis courts, german baker, international news agent, car rental, etc.
4 golf courts within 5 minutes from the urbanization. The local beach with sand dunes stretches for several kilometers in both directions.
Rental normally run from Saturday to Saturday, however exceptions can be made. Deposit required. Contract will be required for each rental.

Prices include linen, towels and cleaning of villa upon departure.

Rebate on rental periods exceeding 2 weeks. For long term rentals special rates will be negotiated.
