EXTRAORDINARY villa in Benissa COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) with private pool for maximum 9 persons, occupying a privileged position in front of the sea.

DISTRIBUTION: Two floors connected by inside and outside stairs. Downstairs, at the entrance, we have a large space with living room and fully equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower. On the main floor, at pool level, there are five bedrooms, three doubles, one twin and one with a single bed, we also have two bathrooms with bath, one en suite, spacious and cozy living room from wich we can access a furnished terrace, where we can enjoyed the pleasant sound of the waves.

EXTERIOR: This villa offers a lovely pool (child protected), a garden, trees and lawn furnished with lounge chairs by the pool wich all together makes an irresistible invitation to indulge in a holiday on a Mediterranean style. This villa has the most spectacular panoramic views over the blue Mediterranean and the great natural park of the Rock of Ifach, as it is in a prime location by the sea. On the ground floor there is the barbecue area, furnished with table and chairs. The villa has an automatic door entrance where there's plenty of space for vehicles.

LOCATION: This property is located in the cove Advocat, Benissa Costa, a famous sandy beach cove, which can be accessed directly from the house's garden by a foot path. A 3 min drive to the supermarket, restaurants and 5 minutes from the charming village of Moraira.
