EXTERIOR: The plot is 1280 square meters fully fenced and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Beside the pool there are two beautiful pergolas where you can enjoy a quiet meal, a solarium with sea views and an outdoor parking.
LOCATION: The villa is situated in Benissa Coast just 1.5 km from the sea where there are two great coves Baladrar and Avocat.
