Description: |
Relax in the comfort of this 3 bedroom detached villa (sleeps 6) which comes with its own pool and many amenities. Situated in the village of Hozanejos it is ideally located for the beautiful la Borrosa beaches and the town of Chiclana de la Frontera (both 10 minutes away).

The villa is set in 1200 sq metres, half of which is a grass garden with a roman style swimming pool (9x4.5 metres). The house has all necessary features for a great holiday: 3 double bedrooms; one en suite: kitchen with all necessary appliances, large lounge/diner, veranda and ample off road parking.
40 kms of beautiful, safe and clean beaches stretch down the coast of the Costa de la Luz. Bars and authentic spanish restaurants (tapas) are in easy reach in Chiclana. (we can recommend some lovely places to dine!)
10 minutes away is the holiday resort of Novo Sancti Petri with a promenade/strip (5 star hotels, restaurants & shops - for your entertainment)
The Villa is typically Spanish and is very close to the St.Andres 9 hole golf course (5 minutes to club house). The Ballesteros designed courses are 10 minutes away in Novo Sanct Petri.
There are plenty of large supermarkets and shops in easy distance to the Villa. (A car is a necessity) In reach is excellent shopping, health spa, horse riding, great walks and outdoor sports.
Excellent value flights to Jerez de la Frontera, Seville and Gibraltar - as little as £ 75 return, if you book well in advance (villa only 35 mins away from Jerez) car hire is also very competitive.
Pool will be available all year round, will naturally be colder during Nov-March
