This two bedroom, two bathroom duplex is set in the peaceful yet central community of Hacienda del Golf. It has a spacious lounge and dining area which opens onto the community gardens with views to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the white goods and kitchen ware that you would require during your stay and dining ‘al fresco’ with the BBQ facilities on the terrace is a must do when staying in this property.

The master en-suite is situated on the first floor with its own balcony which offers outstanding views over the Mar Menor.

The duplex is situated near the central facilities of La Manga Club such as the tennis centre, shopping centre, bars and restaurants.

Just a few kilometres along the coast from the historical town of Cartagena, La Manga Club is a unique resort nestling within rolling hills between the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean sea, Built around three famous18 hole golf courses and boasting no less than 28 tennis courts, a superbly manicured bowling green, squash and paddle courts, a Par 47, mini golf and mini club. A truly amazing spa features an Olympic sized pool, large gymnasium, steam rooms, jacuzzi, treatment rooms and personal trainers on tap if required. Moving to the surrounding areas the famous Mar Menor with its warm, mineral filled shallow waters, reputed to have healing powers is the perfect place for water sports, sunbathing, swimming or just strolling. The Calblanque natural beach on the shores of the Mediterranean is just a few minutes away. Shops from local markets to hypermarkets.
