Notes
A deposit is required at the time of booking of 30% euros(non-refundable). The balance is then due 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a security deposit of 120.00 euros, required to cover breakages, any excess cleaning or loss of keys. This deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after collection of keys.

A 100% Cancellation charge(including deposit) applies within 6 weeks of travel, Curtailment during stay 100%charge.

A bank transfer to our bank in Spain in Euros only.

Cleaning and laundry will be carried out before arrival and post departure but visitors are encouraged to leave the apartment as they find it. Additional cleaning/laundry service can be provided upon request with an additional charge locally. Linen and towels provided(please bring own beach towels)

The Apartment is managed by English Representatives who will meet you at the apartment on arrival to give you the keys and again on departure to collect the keys.
