NICE HOLIDAY VILLA IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) with private pool for up to 6 people.

DISTRIBUTION: The Villa is distributed on an upper floor which we can access by a stair case.There we can find three bedrooms (one with double bed and two with single beds), two bathrooms one of wich is an ensuite shower room, and an open kitchen fully equipped. Finally, a dining room and lounge with Sat TV and fireplace. From this room you can access a sunroom overlooking the pool and the sea.
Downstairs there´s a garage, washer and dryer.

EXTERIOR: We have a pool with sunloungers next to a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. In this same terrace there are an outdoor shower and a barbecue area with a large table for dining under the shade of palm trees in the garden. There is a one car garage and suficiant room on the entrance to park another one.

LOCATION: The villa is located in the urbanization of Fustera, only 700m from the sandy beach and restaurants, supermarkets.

OTHER: WIFI INTERNET, AIR CONDITIONING IN THE MAIN ROOM AND IN THE ROOM.
