COZY HOLIDAY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN Calpe (Costa Blanca) for up to 4 people.

DISTRIBUTION: The villa is distributed over one floor. There are two bedrooms (one with twin beds, the other with a double bed and a dressing room). A bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. There´s also a spacious lounge and dining room overlooking the garden.

EXTERIOR: The villa is fully fenced, surrounded by a garden with palms and fruit trees. The terrace has a portable barbecue, table and chairs. On an higher level there´s a pool to cool off and lounge chairs for sunbathing.

LOCATION: The villa is located in the Gran Sol urbanization, Calpe, 2 km from the sea, supermarkets and entertainment venues. You have the park La Vallesa very near to you, where you can barbecue and have a good time.
