This beautiful villa is situated within 5 minutes’ drive of the 3 fantastic golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas, as well as 10 minutes from the wonderful Los Colina La finca golf and Algorfa la Finca golf on the southern Costa Blanca.
We are also within 10 minutes’ drive of wonderful Blue Flag beaches at La Zenia, Mil Palmeras and Campoamor and the lovely marina at Cabo Roig.
Typically Spanish cities such as Orihuela, Murcia, Cartagena are all well within 1 hours drive from us, and we are around 20 minutes from the vibrant Spanish seaside town of Torrevieja.
The villa is extremely well appointed with marble floors throughout and all the facilities you might need for a relaxing holiday.
The Villa is extremely safe with grills and shutters on all windows and doors.

The garden wraps around the villa, and is a large corner plot made private by large cypress trees. There is a large table and 6 chairs as well as two parasols, ideal for alfresco dining. The garden is filly paved and access to the pool is through a gate at the rear.
The villa is situated in a quiet, established residential area. Within a few minutes’ walk is a wide selection of local bars and restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets etc.
The newly built La Fuente plaza is only a 5 minute drive and offers an array of bars and restaurants so you have plenty of choice locally. Alternatively Villamartin Plaza, which has an array of restaurants and shops, is within 10 minutes drive.
