The Luxury villa situated 400 m above sea level between La Vinuela (5 minutes) and Canillas Aceituno. The pueblos La Vinuela and Puente Don Manuel have various shops and restaurants and 24 hours medical assistance. The parcela is 5000m2 and contains a lot of fruit trees, it has a private pool and several terraces with a fantastic view. The villa is situated at the border of the Natural Park Sierra Tejeda which gives rich possibilities for trekking
The Mediterranean and the costal cities are within 20 minutes reach. Here you will also find the shopping center “El Ingeniero” and the the “aqua park” and a 18 holes golf course.
The villa is fully equipped for bringing a baby.
There are several terraces around the house and the pool area. The pool is situated at a lower level and is fenced (children security).
You will experience fantastic sun sets, starry nights and the sound of silence.
