Outstanding new villa with private pool in Calpe for 8 persons. The villa is located in the urbanization Casanova, close to the center and the beaches of Calpe. Modern style villa, very spacious, air-conditioning in all rooms, large dining area with BBQ and ping pong table. The living area of the house is about 300m2 on 3 floors and an enclosed plot is about 900m2.
Main floor: A spacious living room with comfortable furniture, an air conditioner, satellite TV, and the exit to the covered terrace with wonderful views on the mountain. Large and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster and kitchenware, with access to covered terrace. 1 room with wc and washbasin. Very spacious master bedroom with double bed, air conditioner and bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin en suite.
Ground floor: access by internal stairs, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with an air conditioner. 1 large bedroom with double bed, air conditioner. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioner and bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin en suite. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with an air conditioner. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. A spacious dining room with sofas, built-in BBQ, fridge, washbasin and a ping pong table. From this room you can access to the terrace area with a swimming pool.
2nd floor: (Access via inside stairs from main floor) A spacious terrace with sea views, where you can take the sun in total privacy.
Outside: Large terrace with a pool (8x4) with Roman stairs and outside shower. Parking area for 4-5 cars on the plot.
The villa is located quite close to the sandy beach (Areana - bol - 1.7 km), Calpe center (1.2 km) and supermarket (Mercadona 1.2 km)
EXTRAS:
Animals with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 30 € per stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90 € per stay.
