There are 2 further terraces from the main bedroom and the second twin bedroom so plenty of space for all the family.

Having two living areas you have the choice to join the family in watching the evening movie of you can settle down to a good book with a great view from the second living area with its own private terrace.

The pool area and main terrace is all on one level with amazing views to the Mediterranean catching the morning sun rise from the east and watching the amazing sun sets down to the west.

This quality 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa is set just above Almunecar on the Costa Tropical Spain within easy rach of the beaches bars resturants and all local ameniteies.

With a full size 8X4mtr private swimming pool and amazing views from many terraces of the property this truly is a great Villa to have a relaxing family hoilday or a great base to exsplore the local area.

Almunecar on the Costa Tropical is one of the undiscovered gems of coastal Spain. A beautiful coast with spectacular mountain and sea views, unspoilt coves. Granada and the Alhamra are 45 mins away and the surrounding areas offer some stunning exploration. Almunecar is an old Moorish town; it is a bustling Spanish town with an extensive promenade incorporating several beaches and an aqua park. There is a daily market and the heart of Almunacer is the original Moorish area with its narrow streets and rustic charm. There are many good restaurants in and around the town which offer excellent value for money. Just a short drive away is the 9 hole golf course situated in Campo de los Moriscos, this is an all round sports complex situated next to the sea. Granada is a 45 minute drive away with fabulous scenery and the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada. The apartment is 5 mins from Almunacer by car and 5 mins from the beaches. The town of Nerja is only 35 mins away.

Notes
•Theses prices include one full set of bedding and towels per booked guest, electricity / cleaning cost & meet and greet service are all included in the price.

All rental prices are based on 4 people 50.00€ extra per person after this amount.

A €200 security deposit is required on arrival and will be returned on satisfactory house inspection on departure.

Air conditioning is only included from 30/06 to 07/09 high season rental rates but can be booked at extra cost if required.

We have a full range of baby equipment available. ( cots / baby beds / highchairs / stair gates etc )

Great holiday in Almunecar

A terrific holiday in the second last week of april in a great place with my family. The villa was superb and the location offered us just what we wanted: sun, nice town and surroundings to make trips, great views, good food and time to relax and enjoy! We felt very welcome by Roy and Carol and hope to return one day.
