Luxury villa for 8-10 persons in Calpe with private pool and close to the beach. The villa is located in the urbanization “Fustera”, quiet residential area, just some meters from the exclusive beach of sand.
It has an enclosed plot about 800 m2 with a spectacular swimming pool, and a beautiful garden where you can enjoy wonderful sea vies. This villa has an exclusive furniture and decoration and is about 300 m² on two floors
The main floor: Large living room with modern furniture, an air-conditioner, sat tv/tdt and access to the swimming pool and a covered terrace. Spacious, independent and completely equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 large bedroom with double bed and air-conditioner. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. 1 spacious bedroom with 2 single beds and air-conditioner.
The first floor: there is one bedroom with 2 single beds in the landing with an exit to the solarium where you can enjoy wonderful sea views. 1 spacious bedroom with double bed, air-conditioner, and bathroom with bath, wc, shower, and washbasin in suite..
Ground floor: (access by internal stairs) living room with Access to the parking, bar, doublé bed and bathroom en suite on the same level with shower, wc and washbasin.
Living room with a bar and an access to the parking. On the same floor, there is a room that was an office and now there is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin en suite.

EXTERNAL: Large pool of 9x4 with built-in stairs, outside shower and portable BBQ.

A short distance allow access to the exclusive sandy beach (La fustera, 1.2km.) Supermarket and restaurants (only 900 m). Sand beach and boardwalk of Calpe (Levante beach 3.5 km).

EXTRAS: Pets allowed with a weight until 12kg. Extra cost of: 30€/stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90€ per stay.
