Nice and newly constructed villa in Benissa for 8 people with private pool in the area Pioco, quiet zone surrounded by pine forest. This villa has 2 open terraces, one on the groundfloor with pool and one on the upper floor with built-in barbecue and views to Peñón de Ifach, the pool and partly to the sea. This villa has approx. 200 m² living area and a large plot of 6.000 m², partly enclosed and with parking for 2/3 cars.
Internal: this villa is arranged on 2 independent floors. Groundfloor: (access without stairs) 2 large bedrooms with 2 individual beds. 2 large bedrooms with one double bed in each one of them. 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. (From this floor access to the terrace with pool.) 2. floor: access by stairs inside the house. Large living-dining room with tastful furniture, sat-tv and access to the terrace. Open kitchen, completely equipped with gas hob, built-in barbecue, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, coffeemaker and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 toilet for guests with wc and washbasin.
External: large terrace to sunbath in the loungers, large pool (9x5m) with metallic stairs and shower, garden and lawn. 1 utilityroom with washing machine. Only 6 km from the town centre of Benissa, 8,3 km to the town centre of Calpe, 8,8 km to the sandy beach Arenal-Bol and promenade in Calpe and 7 km to the next supermarket (Mercadona).
Extras:
Animals with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 30 € per stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90 € per stay.
