Pleasant rustical villa for 10-12 people, with nice see views, situated between Calpe and Benissa. The villa is situated in the urbanization Benimarraig at a few minutes from the beaches and the centre of Calpe. The main floor and the swimming pool area are prepared for people with mobility handicaps. The enclosed plot of about 5.000 m² with garden is ideal for the families with children. The living area is about 250 m².
Main floor built on one floor: large living/dining room with TV par satellite/TDT and access to the covered terrace and the swimming pool with see views. Large kitchen with gas hobs, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 large bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with bath, shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with small bath, wc and washbasin. 1 apartment with 2 single beds.
Ground floor: independent apartment (not valid for people with mobility handicap): living-dining room with sofa-bed for 2 people. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bedroom with double bed. Separate kitchen with gas hob and refrigerator with freezer, 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin.
External: covered terrace with seaviews and views to the pool, built-in barbecue, large pool (12x4m), 2 meters deep with metallic stairs. 1 external shower. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. Parking for 3-4 cars. The washing machine is outside in a closed room.
Distances: next sandy beach in Calpe (Arenal-bol with Promenade) 6,2 km, next supermarket (Mercadona) 5,8 km and town centre Calpe 5,8 km.
Extras:
Pets with a weight until 12kg are allowed, additional cost: 30 € per stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90 € per stay.
