Newly constructed villa at the coast of Benissa for 6 people close to the beach. This villa is situataed in the area La Fustera, only 300 m from the next sandbeach, the supermarket and the restaurantes and only 2,5 km from the beach Levante with promenade in Calpe. This villa is ideal for families who don’t want to go by car to the beach. The living area of the upper floor that will be rented is 100 m² and the plot with garden has 800 m².
Ground floor: (closed and uninhabitable during the rental period)
Upper floor: (Access by internal stairs) large living-dining room with modern furniture sat-tv/tdt, 1 air conditioner and access to the covered terrace and the pool. Separate, completely equipped kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, oven, coffee machine and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioner. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioner and bathroom en suite with bath, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioner.
External: triangular pool of 6x4 m with metallic stairs, external shower and wc, covered barbecue area. Behind the house there is a garden and a parking for 2-3 cars, one of them covered.
Only 300 m distance to the sandy beach La Fustera (awarded with the blue flag for good quality) the supermarket and the restaurant. To the sandbeach Levante with promenade in Calpe 2,5 km, to the town centre Calpe 4,8 km.
Extras:
Pets with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 30 € per stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90 € per stay.
