Impressive luxury villa for 10 people with private pool in Calpe. It’s a newly constructed villa in modern style, close to the beach puerto blanco, marina, restaurants, and tennis courts (area La Canuta). This villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room and internet wi-fi. It has a large terrace with pool (salt-system), completely enclosed for security for the children and barbecue area. The plot is also enclosed and has 1.000 m². The villa is arranged on 2 floors with approx. 260 m² living space.
Main apartment: (access by 4 steps) air conditioning throughout the house. Large living-dining room with modern furniture, sat-tv/tdt, access to a covered terrace and the pool area with views to the sea and to the pool. Large independent and completely equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bathroom with bath, shower, wc and washbasin. 1 large bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with bath, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds.
Upper floor: (connected by staircase inside the house) large bedroom with air conditioner (like a studio, approx. 60 m²) and double bed and bathroom en suite with shower, wc and washbasin and with access to the solarium with fantastic seaviews and views to the pool.
External: large pool of 11x5m with built-in stairs and completley enclosed for the protection of children. Pergola with built-in barbecue and sink. External shower. 1 toilet with washbasin.
Distances: only 0,8 km from the beach “Puerto Blanco”, restaurants and marina. 1,5 km from the town centre Calpe, 0,3 km from the next small supermarket, the next bigger supermarkt you find after 1,7 km.
Extras:
Pets with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 30 € por stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90 € per stay.
