Beautiful villa with spectacular sea views and large swimming pool, for 8 persons. This villa, partly renovated, is located in a very quiet and sunny residential zone of Calpe. It has a large pool and covered masonry BBQ area.
The villa has an enclosed plot of 750m2 and the living area about 150m2 on 2 independent floors.

First floor: Large living room with tv-satellite, American kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine. The kitchen has an access to the covered terrace with panoramic sea views and access by outside stairs to the pool and ground floor. 1 large bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin en suite. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and wash basin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and wash basin.

Ground floor: (access via external stairs). A living room with air conditioner, kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin.

Outside, you can enjoy large swimming pool (Roman steps 10x5m) or the outdoor shower. You can also make a barbecue in a covered masonry BBQ area. Parking in the same plot for 3-4 cars.

The villa is very close to the biggest sandy beach of Calpe "arenal-bol" (3 km), supermarket and restaurants (2.2 km) Calpe Center (2.5 km) and Tennis Club (2 km).

Extras:
Pets with weight under 12 kilos are allowed. Extra cost of 30 euros per stay. It´s possible to accommodate one extra person with an extra cost of 90 euros per stay.
