HOLIDAY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN Benissa (Costa Blanca) FOR 6 PEOPLE LOCATED IN BEAUTIFUL AREA.
DISTRIBUTION: New, rustic style building on two floors connected by a staircase.
The top floor has of a double bedroom and bathroom with whirlpool. The ground floor (also by pool level) consists of two bedrooms (one double bed and one twin), bathroom with shower, living room with fireplace, fully equipped american kitchen with access to a large glazed naya, which has a BBQ area with A/C, TV, wood oven, extra dinning room and direct access to the spacious terrace and pool.
EXTERIOR: There is a bathroom on the outdoor area. The pool is about 8x4 m, and enough garden furniture for 6 people.
Automatic door and space for several vehicles.
LOCATION: Villa Dani is in an area surrounded by nature, vineyards, almond and pine trees, where you can walk or cycle the numerous trails. At the same time is located just minutes away from the sea and the beaches of Benissa, Calpe and Moraira. Especially recommended for those seeking tranquility, privacy, nature, with beaches only 5 min by car!!
