EXOTIC VILLA WITH AN IBIZENCA STYLE on Costa Blanca, Moraira with private pool for up to 8 people.

This villa of magnificent taste, strong personality and tastefully decorated with an Ibiza style, with wooden centennial doors, terracotta floors, stone walls, marble bathrooms, all creating a warm and pleasant ambient to delight your guests .
DISTRIBUTION: This villa is on two floors connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor has a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath and a laundry room. The main floor consists of three bedrooms, two with twin beds, one of them with an ensuite shower room, one double bed that has a huge ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, a fully equipped large kitchen, dining room, a delicious and warm livingroom, from which we can access a lovely covered terrace furnished with table, chairs and a wooden sofa, a perfect place to enjoy a coffee after dinner.

EXTERIOR: Magnificent infinity pool located by a Terrace with a chill out area. Barbecue area and sun loungers. We have an outside shower and toilet room, to avoid having to enter the house when we enjoyed the pool. This villa has a large garden, with fruit trees and lawn areas. There are two entrances to the villa, a bottom one, through an automatic sliding door, with space for several vehicles, and a top one, with an outdoor parking space.

LOCATION: Situated in a quiet residential area, well connected, 5 minutes drive from the beautiful town of Moraira, where we can find a wide selection of the best restaurants and bars, a beautiful sandy beach with crystalline waters. In connection with its unique setting, the house is bright, very spacious and has been furnished and decorated to the highest level.
