SPLENDID HOLIDAY VILLA IN MORAIRA (Costa Blanca), FOR NINE PEOPLE. WITH PRIVATE POOL, CLOSE TO THE BEACH (700m) and at 400m from the village of Moraira.
DISTRIBUTION: This property is laid out on a flat leveled plot of land and the villa is distributed on one floor (200 m2).
"The villa has 5 bedrooms, two with double beds, one with bunk beds, one with two single beds and the last one with just a single bed, two bathrooms with bath, modern seperate kitchen fully equipped, lounge / dining room with wide access to the terrace and garden.
EXTERIOR: The plot is 1100 m2 and is fully fenced. The garden has a lawn around the pool and a lot of trees. The pool is larger than the normal, being 9mx5m. Just in front of it there is a fantastic BBQ area and gazebo, where you can spend beautiful evenings. This area also has an extra fridge.
Access to the house is paved and has a big parking area for several vehicles and also includes a garage.
At the back of the house there are stairs that lead to a nice little terrace or solarium from which you can see the sea.
LOCATION: Mar Blanco is located in the Urbanization Pla del Mar, on a dead-end street, so there is not much traffic, You can get to the centre of Moraira by foot.
EXTRAS: There are two air conditioners (one in the lounge and another in the master bedroom).
