FANTASTIC HOLIDAY VILLA FOR A MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE FRONT LINE ON THE MORAIRA-BENISSA COAST LINE, only a few steps away from the beautiful cove of Baladrar whit it 's crystal waters and the small bar (specialized in Mojitos!!!). DISTRIBUTION: This beautifull villa has two floors connected by an indoor staircase. The lower main floor has a spacious living room, fresh in the summer, a dining room next to a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms with twins, a double bedroom and a bathroom also with a shower. The top floor has a bedroom with twin beds, a shower room and a terrace-solarium.
OUTDOOR AND GARDEN: Due to it's front line location, you have the feeling of being surrounded by the sea. The main terrace has loads of garden furniture, pool, BBQ and a covered terrace where you can rest comfortably. At the rear you hace another covered terrace and parking space for a few cars.
VIEWS: The views are amazing!!!!. Not only from the sea but from the Baladrar cove, the Peñon de Ifach and the Calpe beaches.
ACCESS: The villa is at a dead end road so there is no trafic noise. The access to the sea is direct from a garden gate.
LOCATION: The villa is located on the benissa coast line close to the supermarkets, bars...300m and at only 2km from Moraira's town centre and its beaches.
OTHER: For those who like fishing this can be done from the house.
