GREAT RURAL VILLA IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for a maximum of 6 people.

DISTRIBUTION: This villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the lower level there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a showeroom. On the main floor, pool level, we have a bedroom (double bed) and bathroom. Finally we have a kitchen and a comfortable living room. This room has large windows that provide plenty of light and great views of the garden. This pleasant villa, decorated in typical Spanish style, provides a cozy and quiet accommodation.

OUTSIDE: The 135m2 house, has a beautiful plot of 1500m2. The villa is surrounded by a magnificent garden with palms, olive trees, plants and lawns. It has a nice private pool, furnished with sun loungers on the lawn. By the Poolside there is a barbecue area, with tables and chairs under a gazebo (to protects us from the intense summer sun). The villa also offers fun for children, with swings in the garden.
Access to the plot by an automatic sliding door, where we find space to park our cars. This house is designed for those seeking tranquility offered by the fields surrouding this property. At the same time you have the magnificent beaches of Calpe, Moraira and Benissa only afew minutes drive away.

LOCATION: Located in a quiet area surrounded by nature and 5min drive from the town of Benissa. This town offers all services needed for our stay.
