Calahonda Beach. Quiet, restful and safe. Sit on your private terrace, the sea so close that you hear it all the time. It is like being on a boat - the sea is to your left, in front of you, and to your right. Then walk down a few steps onto the sandy beach and have a swim in the sea. Or have a swim in the large community pool.

1 bedroom house right on the beach in small private community of Calahonda Beach of only 60 houses. Child and Elderly friendly, no steps. Beautiful gardens and large swimming pool. Very safe as the whole development is locked up at night time and accessible to residents only.

Also very comfortable during the winter due to newly installed airconditioning/ heating/ double glazed windows.

The house is recently fully refurbished. 1 twin bedroom, stylish bathroom, comfortable lounge/kitchen, comfortable sofa and couch (sleeps 2). Washing machine, laundry service on departure. Change of linen available every week.

Vi taler dansk/svensk/norsk. On parle Francais.

Fitness Centre, tennis courts, indoor pool within 5 minutes walk.

Shops, big supermarket, bars, lovely restaurants, Catholic, Anglican and Baptist church, all within 3 minutes walk. Private community car park.

Only 25 minutes from Malaga Airport, 5 minutes to Cabopino, 10 minutes to Marbella. Seville is 2 hours away, Granada and the Alhambra is 2.5 hours away and 3 hours to the Mosque in Cordoba. Gibraltar and duty-free shopping only 1 hour away. Tourist coaches departing every morning for these destinations.
