Beautyful summervilla for 12 people with private pool in Moraira. This villa is situated in a very quiet area close to the sandy beach La Ampolla, restaurants and supermarkets. The plot is completely enclosed and has 700 m². The living area of the house is 240 m² arranged on 2 floors.
The access to the groundfloor is flat (only one step): Living-dining room with Sat-TV/TDT and access to a covered terrace and to the pool. Independent kitchen, completely equipped with gas cooker, dish washer, oven, micro wave, coffeemaker, refrigerator with freezer, toaster and other utensils for the kitchen. 2 large bedrooms with 1 double bed in each one of them. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with bathtub, wc and washbasin. 1 guest-toilet.
Access to the upper floor by steps outside the house. Covered terrace with views to the pool. Living-dining room with sat-tv/tdt. Independent kitchen, completely equipped with gas cooker, dish washer, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, toaster and other utensils for the kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 1 double bedroom in each one of them. 1 bathroom with bathtub, wc and washbasin. 1 guest-toilet with wc and washbasin.
The plot is completely flat with a pool of 8x4m with built-in stairs, shower and space to sunbath in the loungers (there are 6/7 loungers). 1 utilityroom with washing machine. Portable gas-barbecue. Parking on the plot for 3-4 cars.
Only 1,3 km from the town centre of Moraira and the Sandy beach La Ampolla, 1,2 km from the supermarket Mas y Mas:

Animals with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 30 € per stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90€ per stay.
