Villa new style for 6 people with private pool in Moraira. This villa is situated in a very quiet area 5 minuts by car to the beach La Ampolla and the town centre of Moraira. This villa has a plot with trees and lots of space to take a sunbath at the pool area. There is also a pergola for to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. This villa is arranged on one floor and has a living area of 90 m². The plot is completely enclosed and has 700 m² with a parking for 2-3 cars on the same plot.
Internal: large living-dining room with Sat-TV/TDT and confortable sofas. Open and completely equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, coffee maker and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 large bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with shower, washbasin and wc. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and wc. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
External: pool of 8x4m with built-in stairs and metallic stairs. Lots of space to take a sunbath in the loungers (6 sun-loungers), portable barbecue.
Only 800m to the shopping centre and the supermarket, 2,5 km to the town centre of Moraira and the beach La Ampolla and the promenade.
Extras:
Pets with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 30 € per stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person after prior consulting. Additional cost: 90€ per stay.
