Rosamar is an private urbanization, located in a beach between S.Feliu de Guixols (8km), the most authentic village in the heart of the Costa Brava, and Tossa de Mar (10km), and close to Playa de Aro, with fun parks, Golf and vibrating nightlife.

Rosamar is like an quiet island in the middle of it all. You really don`t need a car within Rosamar, everything you need is at walking distance, beaches, restaurant, supermarket, tennis, etc. Since the beaches are exclusive for home owners and residents, you don't have the busy stress of high season agglomeration.

The closed urbanization with surveillance makes it absolute safe for children. The house is a 2 level building at only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The available house is the second floor level (200m2) with great views, plenty of light, a lot of space, completely separated from gound floor with its own access.
