Beautiful, 2 bedroom apartment in Torrox Costa with fabulous views, shared pool and tennis court. The apartment is very close to Torrox lighthouse, the Torrox promenade and is situated between 2 beaches: Playa Ferrara and Playa Penoncillo.

This tastefully decorated, fully-furnished apartment is on the 6th floor of the Terrazas del Faro apartments in Torrox Costa. It has a south-facing balcony and enjoys great views of the Mediterranean Sea, the lighthouse and surrounding coastline.

The apartment building has a clean, modern reception and hallway with lifts to all floors. The property shares a large communal pool and tennis courts with the adjoining apartments. The facilities are well maintained and have a lifeguard in attendance whilst the pool area is open (June to September).

There is a secure, underground parking space in the car park underneath the apartment building.

The apartment has a spacious lounge and dining area, and a very well appointed modern kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob with hood.

There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin room, and 2 lovely bathrooms - one with walk in shower and one conventional bathroom with bath and shower fittings. The bedrooms sleep 4 comfortably with room for travel cot.

Bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided.

Torrox has a wonderful promenade with many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of the apartment. A new walkway from the front of the apartments leads direct to the beach front where you will find a promenade, restaurants and bars, shops, internet cafe and more.

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the apartment is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

Torrox has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Torrox can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

5 minute drive along the coast road to Nerja
10 mins drive to the picturesque village of Frigiliana
1hr 30 mins drive to the wonderful city of Granada
