Situated within 100 metres of the beach and 400 metres of the Town Square, this modern 2nd Floor, 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment is the perfect place to stay in Aguilas on the Costa Calida. With average temperatures of 25.2 C, Aguilas is a well known fishing port on the coast and an all year round holiday destination. The town is very typically spanish and is used as a holiday destination by many Spaniards. There is a large selection of restaurants, bars, tapas bars, supermarkets and other shops within a few minutes walk of the apartment. Below are a number of web links giving some information on Aguilas. There are many beaches in the town, several with blue flag status, the nearest being less than 100 metres from the apartment. The town is very well known for its Fiesta in February of each year when residents and visitors party the nights away and for its summer activities with concerts, regattas, road races and fireworks displays. Sailing and diving facilities are available and there is a selection of golf courses within 1 hours drive, with others, closer to Aguilas, being developed. The town is easily accessible from Murcia (70 Minutes), Alicante (90 minutes) and Almeria (90 minutes) airports. All three airports have direct flights from Dublin. In addition, Murcia is served directly from Shannon Airport while Alicante is served directly from Cork. All three are also served by most UK and other european airports. The apartment consists of 3 large bedrooms, sleeping 6 people, (the master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom), main bathroom, a large and comfortable living /dining room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room and balcony. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. PLEASE CONFINE SMOKING TO THE BALCONY.

The living / dining room has dining table and 6 chairs, 2 large sofas, Satellite TV/Radio with UK as well as Spanish stations TV and Irish and UK radio stations, HiFi, DVD player etc.. The kitchen is fully fitted and is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, fridge freezer, dish-washer, microwave, hob and oven . The utility area has a washing machine and drying area. The bedrooms are well fitted with ample clothes storage. The main bedroom has a double bed while each of the other bedrooms have 2 single beds. The apartment is air-conditioned which keeps it cool in the summer and provides heat, if necessary, in the winter. The balcony has a table and chairs and overlooks the side and front of the complex. There is secure underground parking in the complex. |
