Fully equipped with air-conditioning and heating. 1 car garage. Central location within walking distance of all amenities. Quiet and fun for the whole family. 350 meters to the beach. Satellite TV (including but not limited to the following channels: BBC, TV1-2, Channel 1-5, USA, Spream 1-3, CBS Action, and more...).

We love this apartment. It has marble floors throughout. Lots of light and a great terrace to have breakfast on. Brand new flat panel TV. New, huge and super-comfortable sofa. It has dishwasher and laundry room. Lots of closet space. New furniture. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes or less. The amenities at the complex are great. The outdoor swimming pool has adults and children's pool. Big grass area around the pool to lay on the sun. The beach in Albir is beautiful and the town is full of shops and has a great variety of restaurants.

Notes
Payment by bank transfer only. 200 EUR reservation deposit on booking. The reservation deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The rental fee to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. There is a charge of 30-60 euros (depending on length of stay) for cleaning and changing linen that will be charged together with the rental fees. Cancellations to be made 60 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.
We offer discounted rates for monthly stays (see daily rate for month stays on our price table), and also for long term rentals. Please, ask us if interested. Discounts as follows:
- 2-3 months: 10% off
- 4-5 months: 15% off
- 6+ months: 20% off

More about Inma Carrion

We live in USA with our 3 years old son. We are both 40 years old. Our family lives very near Albir and so we bought this apartment as our second home to come visit whenever we can. We also plan to come here to live when we retire.
