Within a small securely gated complex,with a communal pool & gardens, the Mallorca Atico Penthouse is situated approx. 150 mtrs from the Mediterranean Sea .
The apartment has two floors with approx. 140 of living space, & benefits from two terraces, one on each level, which can be accessed from all the bedrooms and the living area. Both terraces have stunning uninterrupted coastline views of the Mediterranean Sea & Alcossebre coastline.
The first floor has a bright, spacious lounge and dining area, with English satellite TV. Double patio doors lead from the dining area onto the large lower terrace, which has a built in barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining. There is a large separate kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bathroom, and one of the twin bedrooms, are also situated on the first floor.
Two short flights of stairs lead to the second floor which has its own shower room and one twin and one double bedroom.
The upper terrace is excellent for sun bathing in privacy (or to enjoy a relaxing aperitif in peace!)
Outside the apartment, the regularly maintained communal pool and gardens are within a secure gated area, and plenty of parking is available just outside the apartment complex.

Ideally situated between Las Fuentas Marina & Alcossebre town, the areas five blue flag beaches, bars, restaurants and shops are easily accessible by foot within minutes..
Plenty of car parking areas are nearby. Children are welcome (cot available) but no pets are allowed within the complex.

This is a real home from home property, NOT the usual soulless rental apartment!!

A little piece of Heaven

If you want Irish bars, english breakfasts for 3 euros and loud music, don't come here!! This is real Spain with mostly Spanish people enjoying their vacations.The penthouse is ideally situated either to just chill out or to visit the surrounding area. You can walk for miles either side of the accomodation on flat promenades or tracks. The accomodation would not be suitable for the less mobile of person, as there are 4 flights of stairs to negotiate to access the penthouse.
