It's a new build luxury house with garden and a big pool and a little garden house where there is a bathroom with shower for use it after the beach.There is a barbecue and terrace. On the ground floor there are a spacious living room with direct acces to the terrace and pool, a full equiped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bedroom with a doble bed.

On the first floor there is another spacious, modern and fully equiped kitchen, wich is connected with a large lounge with windows overlooking the pool. At the other side of lounge, following corridor, there are a bathroom with tub, a bedroom with child furnishings and a single bed and finally, another bedroom with a two single beds.

On the second floor there is a principal big bedroom with one double bed and acces to the terrace with garden furniture and with stunning see views. This bedroom has an en-siute bathroom with tub.

The house has air condition, two TV, DVD. All bedrooms have cupboards and two kitchens are equipped with dishwasher. The floor in the house is made from natural marble.
