This villa is situated in a quiet prestigious residential area Oasis ( El Vendrell).Very well connected with all services of first necessity : the town center, hospital, shopping, entertainment and beaches. A great place to fantastic holiday to spend with family or friends.
The house has three floors. On the lower floor there are a garage for two cars, one double room, which can be used as a guest room or staff room, bathroom with shower, laundry room and lounge area of ​​100m2. On the ground floor there are two rooms, bathroom with shower, spacious fully equipped kitchen which has access to the terrace and garden and a large living room of ​​45m2 with fireplace, and which also has access to the terrace and garden.
The second floor is a small hall with access to the terrace which offers panoramic views of the sea.There are two double bedrooms :a double room with office area and a master bedroom suite with the terrace. This suite has a dressing area and spacious bathroom.
