Residencial Dos Mares is an unspoiled, peaceful place to relax and have a good time. Nice for those who like to enjoy the smell of salt water and the sound of the waves on the beach. Approximately 15 km. out on the La Manga Strip, a little for itselves, not in the most crouded aéreas. Several kilometres long beach just a few meters from the apartments, not crowded at any time.

We have two apartments, one on the ground floor with large terrace, very practical for families with young children. The second apartment is on the 5th floor. Both stylish, clean and fully furnished with satellite TV, internet, air conditioning / heating. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave. Indoor garage and elevator. Community pools and paddle (tennis) court. Walking distance to supermarket, 1 mile to beautiful 9-hole golf course by the sea, 1 mil to marina, shops, restaurants and facilities. Ideal for water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and diving. Also a very safe place, no crime.
