Description: |
Villa Sanpedro is situated in a tranquil location among the almond and orange groves in the Jalon Valley, Northern Costa Blanca. It is an ideal position if you would like a Spanish holiday villa slightly away from all the usual tourist places, yet still within 25 minutes of beautiful sandy beaches and nightlife. The Northern Costa Blanca has some of the most spectacular scenery in the whole of Spain and the area is recognised by the World Health Authority as one of the healthiest areas of the world!
The south-facing villa, which was built in 2003, is on one level and has spectacular views of the mountains. The sunsets can be beautiful, so a wonderful way to unwind at the end of the day is to sit on the pool terrace - with a drink - and watch the sun set behind the mountains.
LOCAL RESORTS AND ATTRACTIONS
The typical unspoilt Spanish villages of Alcalali and Orba are 5 minutes drive away, where you will find local bars, shops and restaurants where wonderful, inexpensive meals can be enjoyed. Why pay more on the coast! Denia with its beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife is only 25 minutes drive. Other beach resorts can be found at Javea, Moraira and Calpe, all of which are approximately 25/30 minutes drive. For bargains and more informal shopping there are numerous local markets.
The area is an excellent location for walking and cycling.
Alicante and Valencia airports are just over an hour away.
For golf enthusiasts there are several golf courses nearby. Day trips in the area include Vergel Safari Park, Mundomar (exotic animal park), Aqualandia (water fun park) and Terra Mitica (theme park). Local sports at Denia include scuba diving, snorkelling, boat trips, jet skis and quad bikes. The Moorish village of Guadalest, the Algar Falls and the caves at Benidoleig are also within easy reach. The local bodegas in Jalon are famous and are excellent places for wine tasting. There is also an internet cafe in Jalon. For a special evening, visit the Benidorm Palace for dinner and a spectacular cabaret show. A car is, therefore, essential to enjoy your holiday.
The villa is managed by local English agents, who will only be a phone call away should the need arise.
A complimentary welcome pack will be available on your arrival at the villa. Linen is provided and changed weekly. Towels for the pool/beach are NOT provided. Winter lets are available with an extra charge for central heating. We would ask you not to smoke in the villa and pets are not permitted.
Change over days can be flexible.
