This lovely two bedroom one bathroom apartment on the second floor has stunning views of the area and directly overlooks the communal pool and golf course. A few minutes walk away is the new sports area that includes tennis courts, basketball, outdoor fitness area and a children’s play area.

The accommodation is furnished to a high standard comprising of a lounge/diner separate fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and two twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes. It also offers Satellite TV, free WIFI access, air condititioning, and gas central heating for every season in mind. The apartment has reserved underground parking and the resort has 24 hour security.


You will love our spacious terrace perfect for relaxing, an ideal place to end the day with a glass of wine before visiting the beautiful Hacienda Town centre recently modernised to include restaurant, bars, supermarket and golf shop. In addition within easy reach by car is Sucina a traditional Spanish town that offers a wide range of restaurants and bars. Also nearby are the beaches of the Mar Menor and the cities of Murcia and Cartagena.
