This delightful 3 bedroom townhouse is located in La Herradura, a pretty Spanish village on the Costa Tropical of Granada.

Situated in Cármenes Del Mar on the western end of La Herradura bay, the house is spacious and comfortably furnished. At entrance level there are two bedrooms, each with stunning sea views, and a large bright bathroom.

A wide stairs descends to the main living quarters: an open-plan livingroom/diningroom, a fully equipped kitchen with windows looking onto the terrace and beyond to the Mediterranean, and the wonderfully cosy covered terrace that acts as a second, outdoor livingroom, a perfect refuge from the heat of the summer sun.

The ensuite master bedroom opens onto the same south-facing terrace.

The village of La Herradura is 5 minutes away by car. Local amenities include 2 kilometers of beach, a food market, numerous cafes, tapas bars, restaurants & shops, a children's playground, and an outdoor cinema in the summer time.

Many sporting activities are available, including scuba diving, paragliding, a water park, hill walking, mountain biking and horse riding. During the winter months the Sierra Nevada ski resort is just 90 minutes away by car.

Cultural highlights include the annual Andrés Segovia classical guitar competition which takes place every November, the Jazz en la Costa festival in nearby Almunecar in July, and various colourful local fiestas and ferias throughout the year.

A little further afield, there are many beautiful small beaches and coves dotted along the coast, such as the naturist beach at Cantarrijan. The popular tourist resort of Nerja with its famous caves is only 15 minutes away. Granada city and the Alhambra palace can be reached in less than an hour, and the Sierra Nevada mountains and Alpujarra region are also less than 2 hours drive.
