A Modern Townhouse with 3 ensuite bedrooms and dressing rooms complete with a lovely terrace overlooking the pools. Situated In the lovely, and very exclusive, Bahia de Marbella/Los Monteros area of Marbella. Andalucia Costa del Sol. Spain. The house is located in an ideal position for playing the numerous championship quality Marbella golf courses.
The best beach on the Marbella coast is 100 metres from the complex and has miles of lovely dunes & fine sands with magnificent views to the African coast and Gibraltar and of couse La Concha mountain which provides this area with the famous Marbella micro-climate.
Las Salinas is an exclusive urbanisation of high quality newly built (2003) houses, with 2 superb swimming pools, ample garden area and walkways.
The complex has electrically operated gates giving access to the underground car parking, and the house has its own garage (again with own electric operated door) with direct access to the house. Malaga airport is around 30 minutes by car. A car is recommended for exploring and shopping.
Las Salinas is situated in a very affluent area of Marbella and is approached down palm-tree lined avenues of exclusive properties.
The roof top terrace has a sea view and views to the spectacular coastal mountains.
If the one of the 322 days of sunshine gets too much for you, there is your own ground floor shaded terrace with comfortable seats and tables, overlooking the 2 swimming pools.
Inside, the modern air-conditioned lounge has a very comfortable suite and a modern dining table with 6 chairs. TV, DVD and Audio systems are provided. For winter guests there is a working fireplace as well as central heating.
The kitchen is designed with all modern Bosch appliances complete with Electric Oven/hob Microwave Fridge Freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Each self-enclosed sleeping area comprises bedroom, dressing room with lots of storage space and bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and WC. There is a heated towel rail, heated mirror, and for winter guests an infrared lamp! The main bathroom also has a large walk-in shower and a spa-bath.
In two bedrooms you have double beds and one has twin beds.
The floors throughout the house are of marble and there is also a ground floor WC.
The house benefits from Air Conditioning/Central Heating throughout.
All rates stated are inclusive of all towels, linen and end of stay clean (the house will be fully prepared before you arrive) + a meet & greet from our English speaking representative in Spain.
