Situated on the Golden Mile of Marbella it is surrounded by high-class restaurants, including the famous Marbella Club Hotel, and is a few minutes drive from both the picturesque old town of Marbella and the glitzy 'jet-set' port of Puerto Banus. For beach lovers a wide sandy beach is a mere four minutes walk away. This superb villa has all the facilities you would expect - air conditioning throughout, underfloor heating for winter breaks, private heated pool and gardens, built in BBQ, etc. This villa is ideal for family holidays, winter golfing trips and for the perfect traditional Spanish experience. It is in the centre of it all!

Villa Nadia is located on the prestigious Golden Mile of Marbella. The beach is only 500 metres away and has a promenade that leads all the way to the harbours of Puerto Banús to the west and Marbella to the east. A car would not be essential as there is a supermarket and a number of restaurants within 100 metre walk from the villa. Puerto Banús is only two kilometres drive away where you have several good restaurants, clubs, bars and celeb spotting. There is also a cinema for the few rainy days that show movies in their original language so many American/British films can be seen in English. The beach along the promenade that stretches from Puerto Banús to Marbella is sandy and broad. Beach bars are open during the summer and serve food as well as drinks. The Golden Mile has some of the most celebrated restaurants in Marbella. The centre of Marbella, with it's beautiful 'Casco Antiguo' (Old Town) and excellent shopping, is just a four-minute drive away.
Standard electricity charges are included but excessive use will incur an additional charge.
Pool heating is available on request at a charge of 80 euros per week.
This elegant villa has five bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom is located on the first floor, has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and patio doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the pool and affording sea views. It has an en-suite, large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower. This bathroom also has a separate entrance and so can be shared with bedroom 3. This bedroom has twin beds and patio doors leading onto a large sun terrace overlooking the pool and towards the sea. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One big bedroom has two double beds and access to the terrace and gardens. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom has three single beds and access to the garden. It shares a shower room with another bedroom, which has twin beds.

Exterior of the Villa: The large semi-covered terrace runs the entire length of the villa providing a comfortable outside dining area and with marvellous views over the lovely gardens and swimming pool, it makes a great setting for alfresco eating on lazy summer evenings. Green lawns surround the lovely 8 x 4 metre heated swimming pool, which is entered via graduated steps. It is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace with ample sun beds. An elevated barbecue terrace with a built-in barbecue and additional garden furniture is another perfect setting to enjoy the Spanish way of life. The villa has two balconies which are accessed via the bedrooms with wonderful views to the pool and the sea.
