This very stylish Mediterranean villa is situated in Calafell Residencial , just 900 m down to the beach, town centre, shops and restaurants.
On the ground floor there is a big entrance hall with a curved stairs going to the upper floor.
There is a bid living room separated into two parts: dining room with a big table and big cristal windows surranded the room; and a lounge with a big sofa bed, there is a direct access to the terrace with a furniture inviting to rest. In the middle of the living room there is a nice designed chimney .
Fully equipped kitchen in very modern and comfortable, there is a direct access to the garden and pool.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a terrace with views.
The most remarkable place of this villa is a very nice big garden, with palm trees, fruit trees and flowers. There is a barbeque and terrace furniture. A pool invites you to refresh during the hot summer days, and the shadow of the garden provides truly pleasure of the midday siesta.
