This new villa (2010) is located in the residential area of Serra Brava in Lloret de Mar.

Nicely decorated villa, with large terrace around the pool in the fenced garden.
Fully equipped design kitchen. Various balconies and roof terrace. Living room and dining area, with large flat screen tv with dvd and satelite.

At ground level there are 2 double bedrooms, both with a balcony. Separate bathroom. On the first floor, master bedroom with additional sleeping area with 2 beds and access to the roof terrace. Spacious bathroom with massage shower.

At pool level there is a separate apartment with a double bed, sofabed and a bathroom.

Private parking on the property.

The distance to the beach in Lloret or Canyelles is about 5 minutes by car. Optional central airconditioning in this high quality villa.
